A stiff and lightweight boom which is suitable for the majority of sailors.

All Optiparts Optimist booms are made from high grade, tempered tube and fitted with:

  • captive eye straps;
  • black nylon inboard and outboard end fittings;
  • nylon outhaul cleat;
  • outhaul trim gauge;
  • 4 mm Vectran outhaul; and
  • Dyneema bridle and vang.
